The DG Flex Feeder and the ECOVISION 5000 system in a Dyna Glide system application. This is a flexible and operator-friendly system based on an easy-to-use Teach-in function for silent and gentle handling of parts and products. This product-independent system is easily adjusted to suit parts measuring between 3 and 200 mm. The integrated ECOVISION 5000 inspection and control system include automatic counting, positioning and sorting of parts.
The DETAB Edge Inspector is designed for the edge inspection and automatic monitoring of edge finishes of flat-pack furniture, as well as the upper and under sides of boards. This is a high speed process in which the system is also capable of sorting and rejecting any imperfect boards. The location of any imperfections is then used as a reference point for further sorting, parting and rejection of any flawed boards.
With our robot guiding systems using DETAB Vision technology, parts may be positioned at any angle for robot guiding and/or Pick-and-Place units. The Robot Vision programming and learning is usually done by placing a part in front of the camera to create a basic model. When non-complex parts are being processed, the system is able to operate immediately without any previous scanning/learning process.
The Surface Inspection system is designed for the inspection of metal, wooden, plastic, paper or coated surfaces, as well as the surfaces on bottles, pipes and curved castings. Using a specially developed illumination technology, extremely small imperfections and surface structures may be detected.
The DETAB Measuring systems are used to for the inspection of length and thickness. The Machine Vision system is a high speed system for checking width, length, thickness, ovality, straightness, angles and surface profiles.
The Detab Quality Inspection system is designed for product quality checking. Together with the use of a vision system, several specifications of any parts may be checked, and any imperfect or non-conforming parts may be rejected from the production process. The picture shows a rim edge inspection process in which any imperfect cans are rejected early in the process. Using this technology, every stage of the production process may be successfully monitored.
